We're excited to announce that we have moved to our new office. From the moment you arrive at our dental home, we think you’ll be pleased it has become your dental home. Dr. and Kristy Crabtree spent nearly five years envisioning, designing and constructing this dental facility. We hope you’ll feel comfortable and relaxed during all your dental visits. You’ll sense a comfortable and welcoming environment as you check-in to our reception room. We call it a “reception room” and not a “waiting room”. We respect your time and so work to deliver care as efficiently as possible. Our patients are typically seated for treatment within 10 minutes of their appointed time. That’s great for the patient, but what about the family members accompanying the patient? We’ve thought of them too . . . settle into the comfortable seats in our spacious reception room and enjoy a current magazine or watch television on our large viewing monitor. We also have a built-in Nintendo gaming system, a touch screen interactive game monitor (Touch to Play) and a Toddler play oasis. You can relax and let your children play or play with them. As a matter of fact, many adults enjoy some of the over 140 puzzle, card, quiz, strategy and trivia games on our “Touch to Play” computerized game system.
Upon entering our treatment rooms you won’t encounter a stark, clinically cold feeling found in most dental offices. Nature was the inspiration for the interior design of our facility. We started with the concept of the leaf – a pattern repeated in nature with amazing variety. Just as many leaves make up the foliage of a tree, many patients make up our Crabtree Dental practice. You will find a leaf motif subtly repeated throughout. It serves as a continual reminder of Dr. Crabtree’s commitment to his patients. A natural color palette has inspired the finish selections throughout our office creating a feeling of harmony so often felt in nature. You’ll notice this in our wall coverings, artwork, doors, window, floor finishes and furnishings. Once you have reclined in your treatment chair and settled in for your appointment you can further distract your mind by watching a movie or satellite TV with a Bluetooth wireless headset.
We have been asked if we used a “feng shui” expert in designing our interiors. Though we did not, we consider this a compliment and indicative of the impact such an environment brings to the delivery of dental care. Our facility may make you feel comfortable upon arrival, but it’s our staff of professionals that keeps you feeling that way. Underneath the beauty of our facility lies the solid commitment to provide exceptional service. The gentle chair side manner employed by Dr. Crabtree, his hygienists and assistants is an important component in adding to your positive dental experience. Dr. Crabtree and our staff of professionals are focused on offering the highest quality of dental care.
With a name like Crabtree . . . the leaf does not fall far from the tree. Over the years we have come to think of each of our patient’s as another leaf in our family dental practice tree. We hope you feel welcome in our new facility and that you don’t hesitate in telling others about your dental home.
